We are looking for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about serving individuals across the lifespan, with a strong clinical focus on postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, and women s health. Summary of Duties- Conduct comprehensive pelvic health and orthopedic evaluations, including internal/external pelvic floor assessments (as licensure allows).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing postpartum recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, and functional movement challenges.
- Provide education on pelvic anatomy, bladder/bowel health, postpartum exercise progressions, pelvic floor strengthening/relaxation, and lifestyle modifications.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with referring providers—including OB/GYNs, pelvic medicine specialists, midwives, and primary care.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and adapt care based on patient progress and goals.
- Support the clinic through teamwork, communication, and professional collaboration.
- Ensure patient privacy and uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred:
- 1–2 years of experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation settings.
- Professional training or certification in pelvic health.
- Experience treating postpartum and pelvic floor conditions.
- Commitment to ongoing pelvic health education and skill expansion.
- Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical demonstrations with patients, including athletes.
- Comfort working at a computer station for documentation needs.
- Ability to provide your own transportation to and from the IRG clinic.
- Base Compensation: $80,000–$93,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications.
- Enhanced Compensation Program:
