Performs independent evaluations for musculoskeletal and neurological patients, formulates treatment plans and goals for all patients seen in department; performs physical therapy procedures and modalities; directs care provided by physical therapy assistants. Works at varied clinic locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program.
- Coursework/Training Completion of a clinical internship.
- Coursework/Training Advanced training in evidence based physical therapy practice.

Washington Physical Therapist License - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in ambulatory setting.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
