Join Genesis as a Future Leader Administrator in Training (AIT). This role offers a comprehensive pathway to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and structured licensure preparation.

Base Pay Range

$60,000 – $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Are you ready to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator? Your future starts here. This immersive training program is designed to transform you into a confident and capable leader through executive mentorship and personalized coaching.

  • Rotate through key departments to understand the operations, clinical, and leadership aspects of our skilled nursing facilities.
  • Prepare for licensure with targeted learning modules, structured training, and support to meet state requirements.
  • Lead practical, project‑based assignments that improve center performance and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Attend leadership meetings and workshops to develop communication, team building, and culture‑building skills.
  • Complete a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class to gain insight into daily resident care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a related field).
  • Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
