- Rotate through key departments to understand the operations, clinical, and leadership aspects of our skilled nursing facilities.

- Attend leadership meetings and workshops to develop communication, team building, and culture‑building skills.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or a related field).
- Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
