Position Highlights

• Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center

• 26 ORs + 2 OB Suites | ~17,000 cases annually | ~4,000 births

• Case Variety:
  General, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastics, robotics, OB

• Skills: Regional Lines, epidurals, spinals. Practice to the full scope of your training.

• Flexible Shifts: 10s, 12s, 14s, and 24s available

• Schedule:
  Standard day shift 7a–5p

• In dependant Practice

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Salary (based on experience):

• 0–2 yrs: $235,040

• 2–5 yrs: $260,000

• 5+ yrs: $291,200

• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

• Relocation Bonus: $10,000 (with receipts)

• PTO: 7 weeks (includes CME)

• Full Benefits:

• CME Allowance: $1,000/year

• Employment Options: W2 or 1099 available

• CRNA Stipends Available

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA

• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS

• Minimum 1 year of experience
