• Practice Independently in a full-service, Level 2 Trauma Center
• 26 operating rooms + 2 obstetric suites – approx. 17,000 cases annually, 4,000 births
• Case variety:
  General, orthopedic, neuro, GYN, urology, GI, plastic, robotics, OB
• Skills:
  
  Regional lines, epidurals, spinal anesthesia – practice to the full scope of your training
• Flexible shifts: 10, 12, 14, and 24‑hour options available
• Schedule:
  
  Standard day shift 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Independent practice with supportive team environment

• W‑2 Salary (based on experience):
  • 0–2 yrs: $235,040
  • 2–5 yrs: $260,000
  • 5+ yrs: $291,200
• Sign‑on bonus: $20,000
• Relocation bonus: $10,000 (with receipts)
• PTO: 7 weeks (includes CME)
• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), malpractice
• CME allowance: $1,000 per year
• CRNA stipends available
• Employment options: various engagement arrangements to fit professional preferences and project needs

• Board certified CRNA
• Active WA license, DEA, State CDS
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
