Manage the Newborn Intensive Care Unit and Pediatrics Department to support the operation of 24-hour PRMCE services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Partners with Clinical and Medical Directors of the NICU, Pediatrics and Women and Children's Services to develop program and fiscal planning for the services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for NICU and Pediatrics and seamless patient care plan.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RNC-NIC upon hire.
- 5 yearsof relevant clinical experience.
- Sufficient and progressively responsible leadership experience in NICU
- Master's Degree
