Staffing Specialist - On-Call
Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a weekend on-call staffing specialist to join our team based out of Everett, WA for an exciting role in healthcare staffing. This is fully virtual and requires very few hours of work on the weekends. Many times you won't have to do anything but would still get paid either way. We work with various healthcare organizations throughout the country providing healthcare staffing solutions.
We are looking for an energetic go-getter that can respond quickly to clients or our employees when needed over the weekend. If you are looking for your first job out of college or have previous staffing experience, we would encourage you to apply! There is a possibility that this position could turn into a full-time role as a staffing specialist for the right candidate.
- Answering client or employee calls over the weekend.
- Acting with the highest level of professionalism
- Responding to call-outs from employees and determining fill-in options
- Answering client calls to fill last minute shifts at various facilities
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- High school diploma
- Must have a positive winning attitude
- Team player mentality
- Must have superior communication and organizational skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Healthcare staffing experience a plus.
- Written and verbal communication skills to function with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to establish and achieve goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks.
