Overview

Associate Veterinarian — Full-Time at Northwest Animal Care Hospital, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner. We recognize the dedication you bring to your patients and team, and we provide the support, tools, and resources you need to deliver the very best care.

Our team works in a fast-paced, small animal hospital serving the Everett community for over 18 years. The hospital is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, hydrotherapy, paper-lite practice management software, and the tools for orthopedic procedures such as fracture repairs and TPLOs (orthopedic skillset not a hiring requirement).

We operate with a collaborative team of seven licensed technicians, skilled assistants, and an outstanding reception team, maintaining a support staff to DVM ratio of 6 to 1.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality veterinary medical care and compassionate patient service.
  • Build relationships with clients and engage in strong interpersonal communication.
  • Work up challenging internal medicine cases and contribute to patient outcomes within a collaborative team.
  • Participate in a diverse case mix with access to resources across Thrive Pet Healthcare.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development through the organization’s training, mentorship, and CE opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD or equivalent degree required.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire prior to start date.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL range starting at $130,000/year. Final salary offered will consider skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
