Senior Production Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to lead hands‑on engineering efforts across manufacturing, equipment, and process optimization. This role serves as a technical leader within the engineering team, responsible for translating product and process requirements into scalable, efficient, and reliable manufacturing solutions.

This is a highly hands‑on role that partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Project Management to support both day‑to‑day production and long‑term growth initiatives.

• Lead manufacturing and production engineering initiatives, including:
• Equipment selection, installation, and commissioning
• Process development, validation, and optimization
• Line balancing, throughput improvements, and yield optimization
• Serve as a technical lead on capital projects and production‑scale initiatives
• Support new product introductions from pilot through full‑scale production
• Collaborate closely with Quality to ensure GMP, regulatory, and validation requirements are met
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (SOPs, work instructions, change controls)
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians
• Partner with Project Management & Production to support schedules, milestones, and execution

• 6–10+ years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, ideally within a CPG environment
• Strong background in:
• High‑volume manufacturing environments
• Equipment automation and process control
• GMP or regulated manufacturing settings
• Proven experience leading technical projects from concept through execution
• Comfortable working hands‑on on the production floor
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
