Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sub‑Systems Support Engineer to lead electrical sub‑system integration during the Customer Introduction (CI) phase for twin‑aisle commercial aircraft programs
. This role is critical in ensuring seamless customer deliveries by coordinating configuration management, design integration, and readiness activities across Systems Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Production teams
, while maintaining compliance with certification requirements.
- Lead electrical sub‑system integration activities during the Customer Introduction phase for twin‑aisle aircraft programs.
- Coordinate configuration management, design integration, and readiness activities across Systems Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Production organizations.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth customer deliveries and program execution.
- Manage and support electrical power distribution systems
, wiring interconnection systems (EWIS), and power management functions
. - Lead assessments of electrical system options, modifications, and customer‑specific configurations.
- Support integration of electrical sub‑systems to meet aircraft performance, reliability, and certification requirements.
- Interface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve electrical integration issues.
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of maintenance and technical documentation supporting customer introduction.
- Support compliance with applicable certification and regulatory requirements throughout the CI phase.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience with electrical power systems, wiring, and electrical integration on commercial aircraft.
- Experience supporting twin‑aisle aircraft platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of aerospace standards and certification processes, including:
- ARP
4754 - ARP
4761 - Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross‑functional engineering, production, and customer teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with external suppliers in an on‑site manufacturing and integration environment.
