Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Materials, Processes & Physics (MP&P) Engineer to support composite and interior composite programs. The role focuses on material testing, analysis, reporting, and supporting newly delivered aircraft while ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and support materials, parts, and process requirements
• Conduct testing and analysis for new and delivered aircraft
• Analyze material performance, failures, and test results
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Support qualification of materials, processes, and suppliers
• Work extensively with computer-based analysis and systems

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with materials opulence and material testing
• Experience analyzing data, compiling reports, and conducting tests
• Prior Boeing experience (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of engineering experience (or equivalent)
• Shift: 1st shift (7:00–8:00 AM to 3:30–4:30 PM)
• Interview:
  Panel interview (end of January)
