Construction Project Manager IV; Elevator Modernization

Position: Construction Project Manager IV (Elevator Modernization)
Develop and formalize coordinated baseline project management plans, including team charters, work and organizational breakdown structures, quality planning, change management processes, and project closure activities.
Consolidate project data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cost, schedule, quality, and risk trade-offs.
Act as a consultant to site management for designing, developing, and implementing project management processes and systems.
Create project plans for major projects in accordance with PMBOK® principles.
Establish and manage formalized change control processes to ensure deviations from baseline plans are documented, reviewed, and approved.
Define project scope and requirements, applying relevant standards and guidelines to ensure completeness and compliance.
Develop and maintain critical path schedules using project management software, integrating work breakdown structures and resource allocations.
Monitor milestones and task activities, perform variance analysis, and recommend changes to maintain schedule commitments.
Prepare cost estimates, establish cost baselines, and monitor budgets using earned value management systems.
Identify and manage communication flows to stakeholders, including preparing and presenting status updates and issue resolutions.
Assess potential risks using standard project risk techniques, develop risk response plans, and recommend actions to minimize project impact.
Ensure procurement of goods and services aligns with project budget and schedule requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in project and construction management for projects in commercial and manufacturing environments.
Experience managing projects and applying standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
Expert level use of Microsoft project, or comparable project management software.
Fluent using Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Power Point
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience using AutoCAD and Procore or similar project management technologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with elevator installation and/or modernization preferred.
