• Develop overall project plan consistent with objectives defined by project owner and stakeholders, per accepted project management standards in aerospace.
• Develop and execute project & process plans, setting project targets.
• Ensure all project control systems are in place and integrate project data for decision makers.
• Prepare, identify, and present outcomes, assessments, corrective action, initiatives, and lessons learned.
• Create, manage, and status‑report a Microsoft Project schedule (using MPP), providing status updates.
• Build project in Jira; collaborate with IPT & Functional Managers to burn down work toward milestones and TIA phases.
• Pull System Requirement Plans and status each week to present to leadership.
• Lead cross‑functional projects supporting the entire airplane lifecycle, supporting the Engineering Team.
• Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Work to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
• Ensure all project control systems within scope are in place and integrated for decision makers.
• Present outcomes, assessments, corrective action initiatives, and lessons learned.
• Work from the customer location in Everett, WA; employees must work from office.

• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Certifications or experience with PMP, JIRA, MPP tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) and Jira.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
