Material Process Engineer – Composite/Interior Composite

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Material Process Engineer – Composite/Interior Composite. Position is full-time, contract for 12 months, located in Everett, WA (onsite). Applicants must be available for a W‑2 basis.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Define requirements for materials, parts and processes used in the manufacture of products. Produce specifications and related documents to manage material, part and process deployment.
• Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations; promote standardization across business activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential application to business needs.
• Develop and qualify new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements.
• Integrate new technologies as appropriate. Manage test and audit programs to qualify suppliers.
• Conduct analysis to determine reasons for failures of materials, parts or processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design, develop, and qualify computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements, working under general direction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiar with materials operations.
• Experience analyzing data, generating reports, and conducting testing.
• Passenger/Commercial aircraft experience required.

Pay Range: $65/hr to $68/hr (based on education, experience, location and job duties).
