Additional Compensation$2,000 lump sum commitment bonus for all new full-time Special Education Teachers**
$5,528 stipend paid to all Special Education Teachers. Spread over duration of regular salary pay*
* Prorated based on actual annual FTE
** Prorated based on actual annual FTE, paid in exchange for a three year commitment to the Renton School District in a Special Education or clinical ESA position

Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Any employee who is scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year is eligible for benefits.
