Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products Develop instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines Research and identify data sources for instructional material development and assist in creating technology-based learning solutions
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field with a minimum of three years of experience 2+ years of experience in eLearning design and adult learning theory
Experience with courseware development for military organizations is preferred Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and the ADDIE model for course design Experience in Agile teams and with process management tools like Jira
