Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of instructional design and curriculum planning experience Advanced experience with instructional software and video editing tools Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design processes Proven track record in designing large training roll-outs and assessing training needs
