Aircraft Instructor – Technical Training Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Instructor to deliver hands‑on technical training in a dynamic environment. The instructor will teach and mentor the next generation of aviation professionals supporting major aerospace programs. Military aviation veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Instructor Specialties Available

Electrical Instructor
- Aircraft electrical installations and assembly
- Functional testing and troubleshooting
- Electrical crimping, soldering, and wiring
- Basic mechanical assembly skills
Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor
- Aircraft assembly, heavy structure drilling, and maintenance
- Bonding and grounding
- Blueprint interpretation, production standards, and functional testing
- Aircraft systems operation and troubleshooting
Aerospace Sealant Instructor
- Aircraft sealant preparation and application
- Surface cleaning and component sealing
- Quality and safety compliance
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Instructor
- Confined space safety
- Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTTO)
- DOT compliance and fall protection

What We’re Looking For

Ability to clearly teach and mentor technical concepts
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
Military aviation experience is highly valued but not required
