• Provide direct patient care and lead by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Lead healthcare management efforts to ensure day‑to‑day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
• Manage clinicians and support staff while complying with APC supervisory requirements.
• Create a professional and collaborative work environment.
• Work with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous medical clinic improvement.
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
• Collaborate with the medical clinic leadership team to manage clinical and support staffing levels.
• Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and recognition.
• Show financial awareness and provide input to the clinic budget and key business metrics.

• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board certification or eligibility in an ABMS or AOA‑recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Eligible individuals may earn a base compensation rate ranging from $260,000 to $335,000, depending on experience, geography, and seniority.
