Registered Dental Assistant - Full-Time
We are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA) fluent in English and Spanish who is energetic, motivated, and ready to be a true team player!
Who We AreWe are a well‑established private family practice located in beautiful Everett. Our office is led by an amazing doctor, supported by a dedicated team, and centered on delivering the best care for both our patients and our team members.
What You'll Do- Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for procedures
- Welcome, comfort, and assist patients throughout their visit
- Pour, trim, and polish study casts; fabricate temporary restorations
- Educate patients by answering questions and providing clear instructions
- Clean and polish removable appliances
- Anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures (set‑ups, suction, passing instruments)
- Document dental care services accurately in patient records
- Capture high‑quality intraoral photographs
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper sterilization of instruments and equipment
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Active CPR certification
- Available Monday‑Friday during practice hours
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
