A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Disability Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, providing support and clarifying information Manage relationships with medical providers and government agencies to facilitate application processes Gather and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service; experience in social services or disability processing is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Suite and capable of navigating multiple software platforms Able to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
