The Senior Customer Service Coordinator is a vital member of our customer operations team. In this role, you’ll oversee e‑commerce order processing, manage high‑volume customer communications, and support custom product orders with precision and efficiency. You’ll ensure every order moves seamlessly from entry to delivery—accurately, on time, and aligned with customer expectations.

Compensation & Benefits- $30.00 to $31.00 an hour (depending on level of experience)

- Process and execute e‑commerce customer orders accurately using CRM and ERP systems
- Manage shared customer inbox communications with speed, clarity, and professionalism
- Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers
- Handle shipping inquiries, tracking updates, and order follow‑ups
- Create and enter custom SKU items (primarily design modifications to existing products)
- Ensure custom orders meet exact customer specifications and internal standards
- Conduct daily Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) review and take action to maintain workflow efficiency
- Work with the team on special initiatives, VIP, and high‑priority, high‑visibility projects
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, production, and operations teams
- Track weekly goals and performance metrics to meet department expectations
- Assist with routine reporting and administrative support as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with CRM software and ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and data management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in e‑commerce order processing, order management, or inside sales support
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP systems, and shipping/fulfillment workflows
- Experience supporting product customization
