Job Overview
Alta Group is hiring a Site Superintendent to oversee residential remodeling projects throughout the Seattle area. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with hands-on construction experience and a passion for craftsmanship. As the on-site lead, you'll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that every phase of construction is executed to the highest standards-on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day job site operations for residential remodeling projects
- Manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain project timelines
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets Alta Group's quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues proactively
- Communicate with clients, project managers, vendors, and inspectors
- Resolve field conflicts and troubleshoot construction challenges in real-time
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and change orders
- Lead by example in promoting professionalism, cleanliness, and safety on all job sites
- 3+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, and general remodeling practices
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple subcontractors
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with construction schedules, permitting, inspections, and vendor coordination
- Proficient in using mobile technology for reporting and communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- OSHA training or safety certification is a plus
