Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center (ESRC) located in Everett, WA. As a Supply Chain Manager will join a dynamic, fast paced team and will have lots of opportunity to engage cross-functionally, problem solve and make a difference.
Position Responsibilities- Manage, develop, motivate and build trust with employees and stakeholders
- Integrate and collaborate across the Supply Chain function
- Enhance the skill and talent of our team to meet the current and future business environment
- Identify and leverage best practices from both within and outside the enterprise improvement in everything we do
- Model a sense of purpose, urgency and desire to be the best at what we do.
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of supply chain processes and/or suppliers
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing
- 3+ years of formal or informal people leadership responsibilities
- 5+ years in a role requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-function or cross-business unit teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range$121,000 - $135,000
