Overview
The Program and Sales Coordinator is focused on assisting the program management group and sales group, supporting certification activities within Technical Services, capable of organizing multiple projects.

- Salary Range: $67,724.80 to $83,000.00
- Contact customers and suppliers as delegated by Program Manager.
- Review and understand general technical specifications.
- Understand the certification process flow.
- Initiates required administrative reports.
- Capable of working with two or more complex projects at one time.
- Collect and distribute customer and supplier data.
- Record internal and external meeting minutes.
- Administer program Action Item Log.
- Maintain P Memo.
- Prepare, maintain and update Project Schedule as required to support Program Managers.
- Assist Program Manager and Cert. Engineer in any/all daily administrative tasks as required for each program.
- Experience/exposure and communication skills with airline customer.
- Assist Project Manager to monitor schedule performance when applicable.
- Proofread documents for content and typographical errors.
- Coordinate logistics required for meeting accommodation.
- Routes Cost Impact Proposals (CIP’s) from Program Managers to Sales Managers by entering into ARAS, creating new Contract Change Notice (CCN) folder with CIP saved, and logging new CIP/CCN on the RFQ Log.
- Processes Awarded/Closed/Loss Sales Campaigns via moving the RFQ to the respective archived/awarded folder, drafting the Sales Handoff Checklist and routing the initial PMemo.
- Updates Program Management Capacity Charts Monthly.
- Provides Sales and Program Management KPI’s to JA Quality on a quarterly basis.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

RequirementsEducation and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires effective computer skills utilizing MS Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as statutes, rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
