Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)Position:
Mid-level or Senior Level Staff Analyst
Location:
Everett, WA
In this role, you will build relationships and collaborate across multiple organizations within Fulfillment and across the Everett site. You will develop plans and objectives, provide data for management review and track performance against plan, and analyze data to summarize budget, workforce, training and equipment/facility needs.
Position Responsibilities Mid-Level (Level3)
- Support Senior Leadership of the 767/777 Fulfillment Organization
- Develop long‑range strategy, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
- Provide data for management review and performance tracking
- Coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
- Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources, delivering informational or technical materials
- Research and evaluate strategic organizational issues, identifying options
- Design, logistics and facilitate large meetings and events
- Develop and maintain project schedule and budget
- Monitor and track execution of the plan, communicating status to all participants
- Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements and deploy localized training content

- Support the Director of the 767/777 Fulfillment Organization
- Lead development, planning and execution of employee‑related activities and initiatives
- Partner with organization leaders on long‑range strategies and objectives
- Review and evaluate strategic organizational issues, providing implementation recommendations
- Continuously assess overall meeting/review architecture
- Analyze and summarize data for organizational direction (budget, workforce, training, equipment/facility needs)
- Develop executive‑level briefings
- Lead design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings and events
- Develop and maintain project schedule and budget, monitoring execution and communicating status
- Plan and coordinate organizational facility requirements
- Lead development and deployment of training content with subject‑matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers
- Experience collecting and interpreting data
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and MS Project
- Experience creating executive‑level presentations
- Experience leading or supporting staffing activities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of related analytical experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data

Summary Pay RangeLevel 3: $80,910 – $87,420
Level 4: $102,660 – $110,920
