• This role offers a front-row seat to the entire product development process—from initial concept to cutting-edge production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional experts in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Materials, and Supply Chain to drive transformational change in the supply chain.

• Lead and Drive Program Success:
  Foster strong relationships with program teams to ensure all key objectives are achieved, aligning supply chain functions with program goals.
• Champion Supply Chain Excellence:
  Implement processes, standards, and strategies that align with program goals and drive operational excellence in supply chain operations for new product introductions.
• Manage Supplier Relationships:
  Oversee supplier partnerships to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials, meeting quality and schedule requirements. Oversee risk management efforts to mitigate potential disruptions due to capacity or supplier challenges.
• Financial Oversight:
  Monitor and manage cost targets, proactively communicating any impacts to Program Leadership.
• Program Management:
  Collaborate with Commodity, Procurement, and Program teams to meet both short‑term and long‑term objectives. Develop and track critical milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Clear Communication:
  Establish and maintain open channels of communication between the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Program teams, removing obstacles and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Travel Requirements:
  Be prepared to travel up to 15% to support program and team needs.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

• Supply Chain experience
• Experience supporting programs with new product introductions
• Technical aptitude with ability to understand complex manufacturing processes
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge
