Position Title

Account Manager - Sales

Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Remote/Hybrid;
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
  • Manage assigned client accounts daily by handling information requests, coordinating orders, and addressing customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Build deep customer partnerships by understanding each client’s objectives and priorities.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and conflicts in a timely, professional manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to support long‑term success and client retention.
  • Present and promote our full suite of products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Set, track, and support sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client activity and communication records.
  • Provide backup support for team coverage as needed to ensure continuity of service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, client services, customer support, customer success, or related role.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with administrative processes including managing electronic files, data, and records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent additional experience).
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts to support retention and long‑term growth.
  • Familiarity with sales targets, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance metrics.
