Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join the BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence Boeing Furnished Material (BFM) Audit team at our Everett, WA site.
Position ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and execute physical inventory audits for Supplier Banked Material (SBM), Partner Managed Inventory (PMI), and Ship In Place (SIP) suppliers, ensuring compliance with third‑party managed inventory oversight requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to audit schedules, supplier contributions, and inventory adjustments.
Ensure compliance with SOx controls and inventory costing variance requirements, including monitoring Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and addressing non‑compliance issues.
Maintain and update detailed and high‑level trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
Coordinate with suppliers, audit teams, governance boards, and focal points to review, file, and confirm necessary documentation such as contractual Boeing Storage Agreements (BSAs), insurance certificates, and audit reports.
Administer GRP mailboxes by reviewing supplier reports, communicating errors, posting completed reports, and maintaining mailbox folder organization.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25% of the time)
5+ years of supply chain experience
3+ years of experience working with ERPLN or another Inventory Management System (IMS)
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization
Strong presentation skills including development of presentation materials in PowerPoint and the ability to communicate effectively to a broad audience
Physical Demands of the Role:
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds while interacting with physical inventory in a warehouse setting
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong coordination skills with the ability to engage effectively with suppliers, internal Boeing representatives, audit teams, and leadership
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $99,900 – $116,550
