Compensation & Benefits- Starting Wage: $29.36 per hour + commission eligibility

- Manage assigned client accounts daily by handling information requests, coordinating orders, and addressing customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
- Build deep customer partnerships by understanding each client’s objectives and priorities.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and conflicts in a timely, professional manner.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to support long‑term success and client retention.
- Present and promote our full suite of products and services to new and existing customers.
- Set, track, and support sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend actions to improve sales performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client activity and communication records.
- Provide backup support for team coverage as needed to ensure continuity of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, client services, customer support, customer success, or related role.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with administrative processes including managing electronic files, data, and records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent additional experience).
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts to support retention and long‑term growth.
- Familiarity with sales targets, forecasting, reporting, and tracking performance metrics.
