$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Position Title

Product Development Specialist

Employment Status & Work Hours

Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to help bring our products to life by setting up new items, keeping product information accurate, and ensuring everything stays organized across our systems. You’ll collaborate with teams, review product details with a sharp eye, and support smooth product updates. If you love problem-solving, staying organized, and being the go-to for product info, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Acquire and sustain an understanding of all software tools utilized in the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Set up new products in relevant databases and systems, ensuring they are properly coordinated across platforms, including websites.
  • Update and manage product information and ensure all databases reflect the most current product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on product enhancements and development processes.
  • Carefully examine sign proofs and other project-related documents to ensure they meet company and client standards.
  • Work with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of product updates and item changes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of proven experience in product development, launch, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, CRM or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a discipline related to product development is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Occasionally required to walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the office is typically low to moderate.
