• Safety First — Transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner; adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations; stand or walk for extended periods as needed.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience? Training is provided if you bring discipline.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Open to applications from candidates with no degree, no experience, returning to the workforce, or military experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks (consumer report, screening, and MVR) per company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, repetitive hand/wrist motions, frequent low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), frequent use of a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and periodic travel by car or overnight stays.
