• Floating: Required (Med Surg West 1 and West
  3)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,310–$2,430 per week

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience (acute care required)
• Active Massachusetts RN license (current or conditional) — Massachusetts nursing jobs / Everett RN
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Charge nurse capability highly preferred
• Experience with Alaris pump, Cheetah, Nihon Kohden tele system, and Blanketrol II preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• CCRN certification preferred (Critical Care certification)
• Flu vaccine required during season
• Must provide two recent ICU Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references
• Must be willing to float as needed and work every other major holiday

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients as an ICU nurse / critical care RN
• Monitor and assess patient status, responding to clinical changes promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to Med Surg units (West 1 and West
  3) as required
• Demonstrate charge nurse capabilities when needed and support unit leadership
• Document care accurately in the EPIC EMR system (or facility EMR)
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety standards
