Position Overview

The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). This chronic in‑center position requires supervision of Dialysis Technicians, adjustment of treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, participating in quality improvement projects, and collaborating with the patient’s care team—including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists.

• Provide patient education regarding dialysis care and treatment.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians and adjust treatment plans per standing orders.
• Monitor patient outcomes and administer medications as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists as part of the care team.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Compact Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association; CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience with previous dialysis experience preferred.
• Experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing is preferred.

• Shift: 10–13 hour shifts, AM or PM available. Will work as needed at Everett, Mountlake Terrace, Monroe, and Smokey Point PSKC clinics.
