PositionBranch Manager - Full Time
Under the direction of the AVP/Branch Administration you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned branches and related delivery channels. Ensure that areas are operating efficiently and in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations. Manage and lead in accordance with the PICK US culture through exceptional member service. Set and manage goals, prioritize tasks effectively, and achieve results while accepting accountability.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned branches and related delivery channels.
- Ensure operations align with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Lead with the PICK US culture by delivering exceptional member service.
- Set goals, prioritize tasks, and drive results with accountability.
- Minimum three years of managerial experience in a credit union, bank, or financial institution.
- Demonstrated leadership in branch operations and consumer lending.
- College degree with a concentration in business management is preferred.
- Computer skills mandatory.
- Must be NMLS certified or able to be certified upon hire.
