Hourly Pay: $9.00 - $14.50 (plus gratuity)

Working at a large casino offering gaming, hospitality, and entertainment services.

• Ensures all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
• Participate in the execution of short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates operational effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement. Identifies key drivers of success.
• Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.
• Verifies that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls are enforced within the department.
• Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service.
• Contributes to company-wide communication and best practices.
• Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.
• Manages multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high‑pressure situations.
• Simultaneously executes and maintains game dealing, player tracking, bankroll maintenance, and guest service.
• Monitors guest activity while at tables and maintains open communication with supervisors regarding table games activities.
• Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and house policies and procedures.
• Notifies supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift.
• Adheres to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service and communication.
• Works with safety as a priority, and follows department and company safety standards.
• Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
• Performs any other job‑related duties as assigned.

• 18 years of age or older; must obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred; casino or dealing experience preferred.
• Must be able to deal Blackjack and one additional game. Additional games a plus.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policy manuals and maintenance instructions.
• Conversational English required; ability to write instructions and effectively present information.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations and maintain reports.
• Physical demands: regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, use of hands, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, lift at least 50 pounds.
• Work environment: moderate to loud noise levels; professional interaction with guests; variable schedules; reliable attendance.
