VCA Everett Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! We are a Six-doctor, full-service, AAHA-accredited animal hospital located just minutes from downtown Boston. Proudly serving our community for over 20 years, we are excited to welcome a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused individual to our compassionate team.

Our CSRs are the heart of the hospital, often the first and last impression for our clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and low‑stress experience for our clients and patients. Your mission is to build trust with pet parents by providing excellent communication, empathy, and service—so our medical team can deliver exceptional patient care.
