CDL Truck Driver Commercial – PTO, Benefits Day 1, Home Daily
Pay Range: $24.00/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Job SummarySafely operates a heavy‑duty truck on assigned transfer routes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal requirements; maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the standard DVIR; document issues for corrective action.
- Immediately report unsafe situations or service calls to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
- Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiencies and address safety issues.
- Assist other company drivers as directed and perform all duties as scheduled.
- Notify Management of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
- Report issues such as blocked containers or potential missed pickups via Service Machine protocol.
- Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or Management.
- Properly dump all containers, leaving customer locations clean and debris free.
- Complete and submit customer tickets when excess yardage must be removed.
- Position containers on customers’ property to ensure lids are replaced and containers are upright, avoiding driveway or traffic obstructions.
- Follow route assignments and complete all required documentation at the end of the route.
This position has no supervisory duties.

Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class
B. - Minimum age 18–19 years.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check (including prior employment and motor‑vehicle record review).
- Acceptable driving record.
