** Hillcrest Youth Services
** is seeking a
** Full-Time Youth Worker (2nd Shift)
** to join our residential program teams. This role involves supervising youth in our care. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $18.
** 2nd Shift Differential:** $0.50

* Work schedule:

** Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
* ** All new employees are required to complete a 2-week training program.**  + The first week of training will be mostly completed during Monday-Friday, First Shift hours 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Ability to be a positive role model.
* Provide fair and constructive discipline to the residents.
* Maintain security and safety of facility and residents at all times.
* Maintain complete and accurate resident records.
* Ability to manage personal stress.
* Administer appropriate medication(s).
* Knowledge of policy and procedure manual.
* Transportation of residents.
* Maintain laundry and general cleaning for each unit.
* Ability to work with youth of all ages.
* Previous work with juveniles highly preferred.
* Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Screen all admissions/referrals for appropriateness of Hillcrest's programming.## Job Qualifications
* ** Must be 21 years old.
*** High school diploma or GED required.
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related Human Services field is highly preferred.
* Must have valid driver's license and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
* Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, fingerprinting, CPS check, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
