Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll complete daily service requests from current tenants as well as repair and update apartments for future tenants, while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electric, plumbing, dry wall repair and residential painting, groundskeeping and all maintenance troubleshooting ability. MRD Apartments staff are required to consent to a background screen/check if an offer is presented, as well as have a valid reliable transportation.

Qualifications- Experience in electric, plumbing, drywall repair, residential painting, and groundskeeping.
