• Residential install and disconnects* (data, video, phone) on customer premises
• Ensure/record correct RF and signal levels within specifications
• Communication with leadership and dispatch as needed
• Customer education
• Operate company vehicle in safe and responsible manner
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• 0+ years of experience as this is an entry level role with opportunity for training and growing into a Broadband Technician
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills (verbal, written)
• Basic computer skills
• Aptitude to learn new skills
• Problem solving
• Time Management
• Teamwork, and also working independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
