Avaya Tier 2 Onsite Technician
Seeking techs to place Avaya phone sets.
- Can be on feet for 8+ hours per day
- Can crawl under desks or access tight spaces
- Able to lift 30+ lbs
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
- Self-starter, follows directions
- Speaks and understands English
- Understands floor plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of networking/IP telephony
- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Capable of leading a small team of technicians
- Experience installing IP phones in enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of VoIP phone configuration
- Familiar with IDF/MDF rooms and patching
- Basic troubleshooting of cabling/wall jacks
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
- Proactive communication with PMs
- Escalation point for Tier 1
