Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) –
Cintas is seeking a high‑energy, customer‑focused professional to manage and grow client accounts in the Rental Division.

Our partners operate a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route

• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment.
