- Generate and close new membership sales through tours, outreach, and follow‑up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members
- Engage in community outreach, in‑club events, and promotional efforts
- Support new member onboarding and guide them through their first 30–60 days
- Collaborate with your team to hit club and personal performance goals
- Represent Genesis with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Confident, self‑motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed
- Sales experience preferred, but a go‑getter attitude is a must
- Strong communicator who’s comfortable face‑to‑face, on the phone, and online
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others improve their lifestyle
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
- $50,000–$60,000+ annual earning potential (base + commission)
