We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and excellent service.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover designated zones.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales via benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Help organize stock rooms and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
