• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, if applicable.
• Must qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, if applicable.

• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.
• Stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly.
• Stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
