• Base pay plus commission and bonus – average $12-14 per hour; top performers earn more.

• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle opening and closing of the business.
• Perform daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
