Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience Significant industry experience with a thorough understanding of claims management Experience as a Certified Trainer and/or in Quality Assurance is a plus Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and in a team environment
