Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a close-knit clinical setting where autonomy, collaboration, and thoughtful case management are genuinely encouraged.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive medical care across wellness, sick visits, and urgent presentations
- Managing diagnostic workups and treatment plans with a thorough, case-driven approach
- Performing routine soft tissue surgical procedures as appropriate
- Collaborating closely with technicians and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicating clearly with clients to support understanding and continuity of care
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine within the state
- Minimum of two years' experience in small animal practice
- Confidence managing medical and surgical cases independently
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
