Description:

Post-Surgical Unit with 22 beds.
Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-surgical patients.
Deliver care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families about post-operative care.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
